The kitchen is fitted with a modern electric and gas cooker range, dishwasher and washing machine. Price Range - £1200 to £2500 per week 
Rhowniar is situated between the resorts of Aberdyfi and Tywyn. The Grade II listed house has recently been refurbished, with its timber panelling and exposed flooring restored. Accommodation is spacious, sleeping up to 14, with 2 sitting rooms, a study, dining room, kitchen, snooker room and garden room. There is ample space for parking cars and boats. Set in woodlands it has terraced lawned gardens to the front and 10 acres of private gardens to explore and relax in with views overlooking the sea. Nearby are sandy beaches, the Talyllyn Railway, Cader Idris, Aberdyfi golf course and Snowdonia National Park.
