Sitting room and dining room, both have patio doors opening onto a large enclosed patio, the patio, which looks towards the RSPB sanctuary of Ynuslir, is enclosed with BBQ, table and chairs, sun loungers. Ample parking. Walking in nearby Snowdonia. Aberdovey benefits from a lovely sandy beach, good pubs, food and interesting shops.
