Situated on the edge of Guilsfield village, where there is a Church, post office, spar mini market and 2 pubs, it is about 2 miles from the market town of Welshpool where there are supermarkets, banks, library, eating places etc.The house is adjacent to the owner’s garden centre - Derwen Garden Centre - (a branch of the renowned Dingle Nurseries 5 mins drive away.)Holiday tenants will be granted 10% discount throughout the garden centre - including the licensed cafe. ( open 10.00am -5.00pm)
