Situated on a peaceful farm in the South Downs National Park it is fully equipped to provide a comfortable holiday retreat. South facing garden: walks from the door. Close to Jane Austen’s Chawton, Selborne, Winchester, National Trust properties and more. London 1 hour by train. Alton (5 miles) for shops. Excellent local pubs/restaurants. Sorry no children or pets. Downstairs entrance hall with utility area, drying room, integral garage. Upstairs- kitchen/dining room, spacious lounge, double bedroom, bathroom/WC with over bath shower.
