Situated in the owner’s grounds at New Hall (a listed historic house with 3½ acres of gardens), these cottages offer a tranquil and pleasant retreat whether you seek to discover the delightful Sussex Downs or head to the bright lights of Brighton. These cottages are ideally suited for visiting the South Downs National Park. The locality abounds in footpaths including the South Downs Way and Downslink footpaths. Within a mile are the River Adur (fishing permit available), the village pub, post office and shop. Henfield is a pleasant village with good shopping and traditional inns offering excellent food. It is well suited to access Hickstead and Ardingly showground's. Brighton is a vibrant city offering regular festivals and traditional seaside entertainments. Why not shop in The Lanes, lunch at the Marina, visit the spectacular Royal Pavilion, or spend the evening at one of Brighton’s many venues.
