Ideal for families and boating enthusiasts also within easy reach of Torbay, Exeter and Dartmoor. The cottage offers one double bedroom with wash hand basin and two twin rooms, also an attic/playroom with TV and video. Open plan kitchen/living area. Family bathroom with white suite and shower with screen over bath. The cottage is very child friendly with a travel cot, highchair and stair gates. Bed linen is available for a small extra charge.
