Superb views over the estuary and at high tide the river laps off the walls and swans paddle past. Comfortably furnished and cosy with a log burning stove, plenty of drift wood available on the fore shore, a sun room with its setting excellent for birdlife and fishing, whilst the surrounding area is ideal for windsurfing and waterskiing, with walks as close as the front and back door, and golf nearby. Parking is 150m from Haldon View.Newton Abbott, Dartmouth and Torbay close by.
