Situated on the Saunton side of Braunton village with fine views of the Dunes, and about a miles drive from Saunton Sands (free parking permit provided). The start of the famous 'Tarka Trail' an easy walk or cycle ride away, in Braunton; a great holiday location with all its eateries, Inns, surf and general shops.<p>This spacious detached bungalow, has good wheelchair access, and a private hedge enclosed south facing garden, patio, picnic furniture and a gas BBQ. Also an enclosed rear garden, with a secure storeroom for cycles, surfboards and wetsuits etc. Off road parking for two cars.<P>New for May 2010: Installation of new bathroom suite and shower – low line bath, particularly suited to the less mobile, and young children.
