The house has full central heating, with large modern Schreiber kitchen with archway to dining room and sun room. There is a large games room with table tennis and piano. The sitting room has a log fire. Situated 3 miles from the Cathedral city of Truro with excellent shops and theatre. The Coach House is approached by half mile private drive, offering complete seclusion. 7 miles to both coasts, tennis court available. The location is particularly well suited to touring.<b>An extra 15% deposit is required in addition to the 10% taken when booking online.</b>
