First floor flat with own entrance, 5 minutes walk from Crantock beach and village. The property enjoys a quiet position with country views from all rooms. Car park with security light. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge-diner with TV, DVD, video and radio. Two double bedrooms with additional single bed. Bath/shower room with, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail and separate second WC. All bed linen and towels provided but visitors are asked to bring towels for use on the beach. The property is not suitable for pets and the owners have a no smoking policy. Electricity by card meter.
